Meet Deborah

Welcome to my world.  Art guides me in every aspect of my life and is at the core of everything I do.  I approach everything I do as art.  My yard and gardens supply me with food to make jellies and tea as well as materials to make paper and ink.  I flow between all methods and materials to create art.  My studios include sewing, printmaking, painting, wood, ceramics and more.

Meet, Deborah Landry, a passionate advocate of sustainable living, Nature Works offers a gateway to a healthier and more connected lifestyle. Deborah’s warm and engaging approach will empower you to think differently about your yard or a possibilities of a pot of soil.

What sets Nature Works apart is its focus on practicality and real-life applications. We’re not just here to talk about plants; we’re here to show you how to incorporate them into your daily life. From growing and harvesting to storing and utilizing, we’ll guide you every step of the way. Imagine savoring flavorful teas, creating tantalizing salad dressings, and crafting your very own herbal remedies and body products.

But Nature Works is more than just workshops and recipes. It’s about fostering a sense of community and connection. You’ll join a vibrant group of individuals who share your love for natural products, gardening, homesteading, and foraging. Together, we’ll learn, share, and inspire each other, creating a network of like-minded individuals dedicated to sustainable living and a deeper connection with nature.

Fearless Art

Fearless Art is a program that provides you with a pattern on canvas and then instructs you on how to paint the images in different methods.  You have control of the colors you use and what mood your painting will have. The program comes with instruction and mentorship.  The goal of the program is for you to be able to make a wall of art that reflects your passions and style.  We make it simple and fearless.  Fearless art can be done in a group setting, as a paint and sip experience.  I teach the workshop monthly at the local senior centers.
